Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following policy before booking. 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 40% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there isn’t enough time to complete the service safely and may be subject to the cancellation fee. The repeated last minute cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments or may result in the inability to book future services.
